亚曼达·劳拉·拜恩斯（Amanda Laura Bynes，1986年4月3日－），美国女演员，出生于加州千橡市（Thousand Oaks, CA）。童星出身的拜恩斯曾在儿童电视频道尼克罗顿（Nickelodeon）担任过节目主持人，她在2002年亮相于大屏幕，并陆续演出过多部青少年电影作品。2010年6月，阿曼达·贝尼斯通过Twitter宣布将要退出演艺圈，从事其他的行业，随后又宣布回归演艺圈。

早年经历

阿曼达·贝尼斯（Amanda Bynes），1986年4月3日出生于美国加州的绍森欧克斯。爸爸叫Rick，是牙医，妈妈叫Lynn，跟爸爸一起工作，有一个姐姐Jillian，和一个哥哥Tommy，还有一个小侄女Jaylyn.。AB是个聪明的女孩，成绩全是A，拥有Honda Accord。最喜欢的科目是英文，有两只狗狗，Tootsie Roll和Betty Boop，三只小猫猫，Subbie，Dubbie和 Tiger。还有一条鱼叫Bella。喜欢Prescriptives Gloss,Lancôme Juicy Tubes的唇膏。

三岁的她就曾陪着参加戏剧演出的大姐Jillian对台词，家里人从那时就知道这孩子将来会成为一个明星。夏天的时候小阿曼达会在喜剧夏令营度过，10岁时通过一场在洛杉矶笑话俱乐部“爆笑工厂”的路演，她被专门发掘童星的制片人Brian Robbins和Dan Schneider相中，当时他们的本意是为旗下剧集"All That"（1994-2005）寻找一位男生小演员，结果却被阿曼达的表演天赋、舞台感觉和对喜剧节奏的把握立刻征服。

不久后她就被领到这部热门青春喜剧剧组，并且从此一演就是四年。小小阿曼达的喜剧演技很快大受欢迎，不但获得1997年的“有线频道王牌奖”（Cable Ace Award）提名，而且逐步拥有了多个经典阿曼达角色，特别是在“Ask Ashley”当中，她扮演的小女孩通过“Ask Ashley”专栏给遇到困难的人提供建议，可是每次她读那些来信的时候都显得非常生气，这幅小大人的模样逗笑银幕前的观众哈哈大笑。

演艺经历

2002年，阿曼达·拜恩斯出演首部电影《大谎言家》，扮演帮助弗兰奇·莫尼兹饰演的中学生报复偷走他作品的好莱坞制片人的聪明女孩。同年她又和Jennie Garth一起主演WB电视剧集"What I Like About You"（2002-2006），其中女孩Holly Tyler的角色在父亲离开去日本工作之后，搬到纽约和处在上流社会的姐姐同住。这部剧集进一步发扬了阿曼达在肢体喜剧表达方面的突出能力以及独具个人风格的逗乐方式，收到良好的反响。

此后作为阿曼达所在电视台的母公司，华纳兄弟电影公司借走了阿曼达并且开始筹备她第一部担当主角的影片《What a Girl Wants》，当中她饰演一位敢想敢做的美国青春美少女，为了见自己的贵族父亲一面而只身来到伦敦，由此和那里上流社会的人和事发生了很多有趣的碰撞。2005年，阿曼达还为动画片《机器人历险记》中的Piper贡献自己的声音，Piper对于伊万·麦克格雷格所配音的来到大城市的乡巴佬机器人Rodney非常友好。2006年的《足球尤物》中阿曼达扮演一位为了足球而冒充自己的哥哥混进男校的女孩，奉献继《What a Girl Wants》之后又一部赏心悦目的爆米花佳作；2007年她的作品则是歌舞喜剧大片《发胶》，和约翰·特拉沃塔、米歇尔·菲佛、奎恩·拉提法以及扎克·埃夫隆合作组成了2007年照顾到最广泛层面的超级演员阵容。同年，AB又主演校园优质喜剧《大学新生》（又名《雪梨公主》），在获得好口碑的同时也有较好的票房收益。2008年，阿曼达同样没有放松，为经典动画《Family Guy》（又名《恶搞之家》）担任新一季的配音工作，并在下半年拍摄了lifetime的公益电影《living proof》，为抗乳癌工作贡献自己的一份力量。2010年AB阔别大银幕3年后带来了久违的高中喜剧电影《绯闻计划》，于2010年9月份上映。

2010年6月24岁的阿曼达宣布退出演艺圈。她说：“我从没有写过电影和电视节目，我只是听从制作人或者导演的安排去扮演我的角色，当一名演员并没有看起来那么好玩，如果我不喜欢了，我会停止表演。我现在已经不喜欢了，所以我将要退出演艺圈。虽然24岁退出演艺圈是真的很早，但是我已经厌倦了表演。”

宣布退出演艺圈的一周后阿曼达再次宣布回归，对之前的退出没有再多的解释，只是短暂的一句 "I am unretired now."
