罗百吉，台湾歌手，1972年11月19日出生于美国洛杉矶，高中时回台湾就读于华侨高中，毕业后便加入了演艺圈，以电子音乐为招牌出道。为台湾电音舞曲和Hip Hop的先驱。亦曾为许多歌手和广告制作音乐。早期也有替许多知名歌手作词作曲，但是最为人知的还是他自己那首《欧巴桑》。2005年以一首"Fire"又重新活跃于演艺圈。

罗百吉父亲罗兴华出生于湖南省，长期在美国加州任教。母亲赵亚林亦是美国大学教授，教授教育学。他与圈内的伙伴结婚，育有二女，最后于1998年和平分手。目前罗百吉职业主要为DJ，并且曾经经营过知名夜店。
